AMMAN - The Arab Society for Intellectual Property (ASIP) will hold a training program online entitled “Protection Against Acts of Unfair Competition in Intellectual Property”, January 31- February 3, 2022, through Zoom App.
During the 10-hour training program, participants will be introduced to the Law of Unfair Competition and its progressive development, and the legal basis for national protection, in addition to an introduction to the various acts of unfair competition, along with the causes for confusion.
Moreover, the training program will also discuss the following topics:
