ASIP Holds “Business Writing Skills” Training Course


AMMAN - The Arab Society for Intellectual Property (ASIP) held the “‘Business Writing Skills’ training course for Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) Algeria and AGIP Afghanistan employees, through the Microsoft Teams App during October 4 – 13, 2021. The training course introduced the participants to the following topics:
•    Communication and its Processes
•    Business Communication
•    Types of Communication.
•    Seven (C’s) of Effective Communication.
•    Business Writing Description and Important Elements.
•    Keys to Better Business Writing.
•    AGIP Correspondence Manual, its Addendum, and AGIP Work Code.
•    Examples of QC Mistakes, Reports, and Analysis.

It is worth mentioning that the Arab Society for Intellectual Property (ASIP) is a non-profit organization founded on February 23, 1987, in Munich, Germany, by leading practitioners in different fields of Intellectual Property in the Arab region, under the chairmanship of HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh. Its mission is to gather IP professionals and practitioners in the Arab region to help raise awareness and enhance understanding of Intellectual Property issues and objectives.
