AMMAN - The Arab Society for Intellectual Property (ASIP) organized a training program online entitled “The Arbitration of Intellectual Property Disputes” February 20 - 24, 2022, through Zoom App.
During the 10-hour training program, participants introduced to concepts of arbitration and intellectual property disputes.
Moreover, the training program discussed the following topics:
-    Definition of Intellectual Property and its Characteristics.  The Most Important International Agreements for IPRs Protection with an Overview of the WIPO Mediation and Arbitration Center.
-    The Concept of Alternative Means of Dispute Resolution, its Importance and Types.
-    An Explanation of the Arbitration Clauses and Drafting Procedures for Forming a Panel of Arbitrators.
