AMMAN - The Arab Society for Intellectual Property (ASIP) held an online training program entitled “Protection Against Acts of Unfair Competition in Intellectual Property”, January 31- February 3, 2022, through Zoom App.
During the 10-hour training program, participants were introduced to the Law of Unfair Competition and its progressive development, and the legal basis for national protection, in addition to an introduction to the various acts of unfair competition, along with the causes for confusion.
Moreover, the training program covered the following topics:

- Legal Basis for Protection.
- Unfair Competition Law.
- International Protection – TRIPS Agreement.
- National Protection.
- Categories of Unfair Competition Acts.
- Types and Causes of Confusion.
- Definition of Misinformation.
