This guide includes the most important information about the Society regarding its establishment, how to join the membership, terms of joining, and gives the reader a clear idea about membership and its privileges. Attached to it, is an application form for those wishing to join.

This guide includes all the information of the Intellectual Property Program: the curriculum, the instructional material, and the test, as well as registration in the program with a special form for subscription to the program prepared in coordination with the WIPO.

This was a quarterly magazine  issued by ASIP. Its issuance was stopped at the beginning of 2000, and it was replaced by a Monthly Bulletin in order to keep up with the developments in the field  and directing towards electronic issue. These issues can be obtained from the Administration of ASIP/AIPMAS.

The AIPMAS, in coordination with its representatives in the Arab countries, collected and published all the laws of the Arab countries concerned with intellectual property and produced the result as an encyclopedia and on the website of the AIPMAS in order to benefit all members and people concerned with intellectual property.

This is a monthly electronic bulletin sent to all members of the AIPMAS in the various Arab countries, which takes into consideration all recent local, Arab, and international events related to the protection of intellectual property, in addition to publishing specialized articles and research for the members of the ASIP/AIPMAS.

It is a group of lectures given by the Chairman of the Arab Society for Intellectual Property. These lectures address all parts of protecting intellectual property at the local, regional, and international levels.

This volume is the product of a great effort the ASIP did by collecting and publishing all court decisions regarding intellectual property in the Arab countries, and it was issued as one of the ASIP’s publications in coordination with one of the publishing houses in Lebanon to make it available for everybody.

It is one of the accomplishments of the ASIP, and it consists of 6,000 terms and expressions covering terminology related to all types of intellectual property (Trademarks, Patents, Copyright, Drawings and industrial models), in addition to terminologies of information technology, communication, e-commerce, international trade system, globalization, international treaties and conventions. The Dictionary is the product of collaborative effort of a team consisting of specialists and experts under the supervision and the direction of the Chairman of the ASIP, Dr. Talal Abu Ghazaleh. It is also a recent addition to the work of enhancing the level of performance in the field of services regarding intellectual property in the Arab world.

The instructional curriculum for the intellectual property expert is prepared in cooperation and coordination with WIPO, and this instructional material is adopted and translated from WIPO’s Intellectual Property Handbook: Policy, Law and Use.
