1. Court Decisions Regarding Intellectual Property
AIPMAS is now in the final stages of preparing a publication that includes the most effective and important court decisions issued in the Arab countries regarding Intellectual Property. The publication shall bear the title “Arab Court Decisions Regarding Intellectual Property”. This publication, that includes certain lawsuits and conflicts initiated in the Arab world, presents innovative, highly specialized and detailed explanation in the Arabic language of the terminology most common in Intellectual property. The AIPMAS makes sure the Arab League participates in this valuable project, and a memo regarding this subject matter shall be sent to the Arab League.
2. The Relationship between the AIPMAS with Legal Research and Consultation Center – SADER Publishers
The AIPMAS sent the most recent updates for the laws of Intellectual Property in the Arab countries and all treaties regarding SADER publishers as deemed.
The preliminary drafts of the Encyclopedia of Intellectual Property Laws in the Arab Countries have been reviewed, and it has been agreed to increase quality , and in order to enrich the encyclopedia and produce it in an appropriate shape, discussion was conducted to add the jurisprudence publications to the text encyclopedia. ASIP was delivered copies of the cover draft of the encyclopedia with the artistic description of it in order to choose the final one.
3. Training Courses:
The AIPMAS holds a number of seminars, training courses, and specialized workshops in the fields of Intellectual Property and all related fields, such as e-commerce.
4. Mediation and Arbitration Center
The Mediation and Arbitration Center in Intellectual Property has been launched at the joint meeting held in the International Chamber of Commerce in Jordan on August 13, 2003, with members of the Jordanian committee of Intellectual Property in e-commerce and the AIPMAS.
